Welcome to Hidein! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Hidein, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website.

By using Hidein, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and we will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of Hidein after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Use of Hidein

Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within Hidein.

To access certain features of Hidein, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities or actions under your account.

5. Content

User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through Hidein (“User Content”). By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, transmit, and display such content in any and all media or distribution methods.
Our Content: All content provided by Hidein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hidein or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the website and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Hidein. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Hidein at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of Hidein, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Hidein is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of Hidein.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Reservation Policy

Pay in full amount when you book.
Guests must be 18 years or older.
Rates can change based on availability and season.
GST applies to all purchases at Hidein.
Check your booking voucher to ensure that the date, rate, and room type match what you have booked.
Choose the right dorm according to your gender: Mixed, Male Only, or Female Only.
Private rooms accommodate only 2 people

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 1 PM onwards . Early check-in is free but subject to availability
Check-out: before 10AM. Late check-out is not possible.
Bring a valid ID: Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID or Passport.
For foreign guests need a passport with valid visa.
Couple-friendly hostel, but both guests must be over 18.
No non-resident guests beyond the reception.

Stay Policy

Smoking is allowed in designated smoking zones only. All rooms are non-smoking.
Unlawful activities (eg. gambling, prostitution, illegal goods, drugs) are strictly prohibited.
No eating in dorms or private rooms.
Limited Vehicle Parking, subject to availability.
Heaters can be provided on demand only in private rooms.
Guests are responsible for property damage and will be charged accordingly.
